We schedule appointments for showings of available units Monday through Friday, 8:30am-10:30am and 1:30pm -3:30pm.
We do not have model units. We will be glad to make an appointment for viewings if we have an open unit.

We are closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve and Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas. (If the holiday is on a weekend day, we are closed the closest work day in observance.)

We do not allow any pets - not even to visit
We use a local pest control company
Most of our parking is parallel parking on the street. Our lots are first come, first serve.
